education: dr. ohm earned her ph.d. in mathematics from the university of 
iowa, in 2010.  

research: dr. ohm works in partial differential equations.  she studies 
the regularity of elliptic and parabolic differential equations and 
their applications.  

teaching: dr. ohm will teach classes in all areas of mathematics and she will 
focus on the development of calculus and pre-calculus courses. 

prior to uc san diego: dr. ohm was a lecturer at the university of
texas at austin until 2016.
