kristin devleming received her phd in 2018 from the university of washington.  she was a postdoc at ucsd and msri (now slmath) from 2018-2021 and an assistant professor at umass amherst from 2021-2024.  her research is in algebraic geometry with a focus on moduli of varieties, k-stability, birational geometry, and singularities.
